BREATHWORK IN BULLSBROOK
Breathwork has been a deep personal passion of mine for many years.
I began by exploring a wide range of online practices, quickly discovering what truly supported my body and nervous system - and what didn’t.
After several years of attending small group breathwork sessions and experiencing profound, life‑shifting results, I felt called to deepen my understanding through formal training.

I intentionally chose a training pathway that was responsible, comprehensive, and trauma‑aware, with a strong focus on nervous system regulation and integration.
This foundation is at the heart of the sessions I now offer.
Each breathwork session is 1.5 hours and thoughtfully tailored to your individual needs. We are all unique, and breathwork is not a one‑size‑fits‑all practice. Whether you are seeking a trauma‑informed approach, deep relaxation, or support with stress and overwhelm, there is a breathing technique that can meet you where you are.

What to Expect in a Breathwork Session
Sessions are held in my peaceful space nestled in the Bullsbrook Hills.
The room is carefully set up to support comfort and safety, with thick padded bamboo mats, bolsters, blankets, and pillows so you can fully relax and let go.
During the session, you’ll be guided into a deeply supportive environment where the nervous system can settle and the mind can soften. As the thinking mind quietens, space opens for clarity, insight, and restoration.

Many people report leaving a session feeling calm, balanced, energised, or deeply peaceful. Others notice increased creativity, emotional release, or clarity around a current life challenge.
Breathwork allows you to step out of constant mental overthinking and access deeper layers of awareness.
We all hold our own capacity to heal - sometimes we simply need the right conditions to reconnect with it.
